It is a manifestation of rage acted out by those who fear impotence with such dread, that their whole effort is directed into the emasculation and destruction of the terrifying rival of their unconscious fantasies. In this apocalypse of the mind the punitive figure wells up as if out of the bowels of the opera stage, and this phantasmagoria is acted out on a global scale. These men may be mad enough to believe they are creating a ‘psychocivilised world order”. For anyone who has studied damaged children, it is more resonant of the re-enactment from the unconscious, reinforced by a life devoid of the capacity for empathic identification, of the obscenities of the abused and abusing child in the savage nursery. Other people -which were to them like Action Man toys to be dismembered, or Barbie Dolls to be obscenely defiled – become as meaningless in their humanity as pixillated dots on a screen. Although forced entry into a mind is by definition obscene, an abbreviated assessment of the effects that mind-invaded people describe testifies to the perverted nature of the experiments. Bizarre noises are emitted from the body, a body known well enough by its owner to recognise the noises as extrinsic; air is pumped in and out of orifices as if by a bicycle pump. Gradually the repertoire is augmented – twinges and spasms to the eyes, nose, lips, strange tics, pains in the head, ringing in the ears, obstructions in the throat, pressure on the bowel and bladder causing incontinence; tingling in the fingers, feet, pressures on the heart, on breathing, dizziness, eye problems leading to cataracts; running eyes, running nose; speeding up of heart beats and the raising of pressure in the heart and chest; breathing and chest complaints leading to bronchitis and deterioration of the lungs; agonizing migraines; being woken up at night, sometimes with terrifying jolts ; insomnia; intolerable levels of stress from the loss of one’s privacy. This collection of assorted symptoms is a challenge to any medical practitioner to diagnose. Finally – if the victims at this point in the new history of this mind-control, cannot yet prove their abuse, it must be asserted that, faced with the available information about technological development – it is certainly not possible for those seeking to evade such claims – to disprove them. To wait until the effects become widespread will be too late.  For these and other reasons which this paper has attempted to address, we would call for an acknowledgement of such technology at a national and international level. Politicians, scientists and neurologists, neuroscientists, physicists and the legal profession should, without further delay, demand public debate on the existence and deployment of psychotronic technology; and for the declassification of information about such devices which abuse helpless people, and threaten democratic freedom.  Victims’ accounts of abuse should be admitted to public account, and the use of psycho-electronic weapons should be made illegal and criminal,  The medical profession should be helped to recognise the symptoms of mind-control and psychotronic abuse, and intelligence about their deployment should be declassified so that this abuse can be seen to be what it is, and not interpreted automatically as an indication of mental illness. If, in the present confusion and insecurity about the search for evidence of weapons of mass destruction, we conclude that failure to locate them – whatever the truth of the matter –encourages us to be generally complacent, then we shall be colluding with very dark forces at work if we conclude that a course of extreme vigilance signifies paranoia. For there may well be other weapons of mass destruction being developed and not so far from home; weapons which, being even more difficult to locate, are developed invisibly, unobstructed, unheeded in our midst, using human beings as test-beds. Like ESP, the methods being used on humans have not been detectable using conventional detection equipment. It is likely that the signals being used are part of a physics not known to scientists without the highest level of security clearance. To ignore the evidence of victims is to deny, perhaps with catastrophic results, the only evidence which might otherwise lead the defenders of freedom to becoming alert to the development of a fearful new methods of destruction. Manipulating terrorist groups and governments alike, these sinister and covert forces may well be very thankful for the professional derision of the victims, and for public ignorance. BRS Labs on March 6 received an umbrella patent for its “artificial intelligence technology” on which the company's behavioral analytics product AISight solutions is based. This is the eighth patent issued to BRS Labs of 60 related patents that are pending or in process, Frazzini said. A source who is involved in the deal confirmed that BRS Labs just closed a deal with San Francisco MTA to supply behavioral recognition systems for 12 San Francisco MTA train stations. The deal, this source said, will exceed $2 million. The new umbrella patent “draws a line in the sand” that shows what BRS Labs does is “truly unique and distinctive software,” Frazzini said. Up until this point, others could “claim that they do what we do � that they have the technology that BRS has,” but not anymore, he added. According to public bid documents, the San Francisco MTA system must be able to be deployed on up to 22 cameras per location. The system must “autonomously learn the behavioral activity captured by the cameras and issue video clip alerts related to unusual behavioral activities or patterns identified” without the use of a VMS. It needs to be capable of tracking up to 150 objects and activities continuously, form “memory modules on the activity � and process the video imagery data similar to the cognitive process of the human brain.” The system needs reporting and assessment capabilities and must integrate with all future surveillance DVRS, cameras, PSIMs, etc. The price tag includes installation of the system and “an enhanced five-year service and support program.” Frazzini said he believes the video surveillance industry “has been stagnant for two decades [with] � very few truly innovative patents issued.” He called BRS' new patent an “important milestone for us and for the industry.” “The fact that we've invented a new technology, been issued a patent and that the marketplace is using it � means the industry is moving forward,” he said. Does BRS Labs anticipate a situation similar to video analytics provider Object Video, which filed a number of lawsuits alleging patent infringement and has subsequently licensed its software to a number of manufacturers? Frazzini said he couldn't comment on Object Video's experience in the marketplace and emphasized that there is “no overlap” in technology between BRS Labs' behavioral analytics and others' video analytics products. Frazzini said he supports efforts to protect IP, saying that “protecting intellectual property is important to American innovation. It's what gives technical entrepreneurs the confidence to innovate.” Frazzini has previously told SSN that the company has several deals in the works that will be closed and made public in the near future. Public procurement documents show that the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is working on a pilot project of BRS' technology at the new World Trade Center complex. Meraki WiFi: Meraki is a hardware and software solution that provides wireless Internet access (WiFi) to library patrons. The software provides some personally identifiable information in the form of hardware names, location identifiers and websites visited, although the Library does not monitor or store this information. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Tags: There are only two pieces of information stored on the passive RFID tag, a 14-digit barcode number that uniquely identifies the item (already present on the barcode sticker affixed to the cover of each item) and a security component that has two settings (item checked out and safe to leave library; or, item not checked out and should not leave the library). Security Cameras: Cameras are located in the following library locations: Main Library, Chinatown Branch, Ortega Branch, Park Branch, Presidio Branch, Visitation Valley Branch, Bayview Branch, and the Support Services building at 190 9th Street. Sensource People Counters: Sensource is a hardware and software solution that uses overhead video feeds to monitor the volume of foot traffic in and out of all 28 library locations. The counters do not store video feed data unless an administrator prospectively requires the software to do so, and the Library does not use the platform in this way. Public Utilities Commission anyCOMM SmartCity Node: As part of a pilot program, the SFPUC has installed anyCOMM SmartCity Nodes on top of 60 street light poles in various locations within San Francisco (10 sites – 6 nodes at each site).
